Process

If agreed upon, an evaluation identifies a single area with the greatest impact with a priority on time and resources. Etc Etc All services and travel costs are Pro Bono to all clients. Clients are contracted with no financial obligations.

Methods

To be truly effective, a consulting specialist must work as a partner and coach to the governing body, president, CEO, board, etc. He is not a manager, producer, not a player on the team, and not an employee. The governing body, president, CEO, board, etc. must champion volunteer engagement throughout the organization. The specialist must be empowered as well to authorize the responsibility and accountability for strategic progress at all appropriate levels. The process must become internalized, providing maximum productive activity. In this way the staff and volunteers, learn and buy-into a more efficient system. You cannot demand change from others. This leads to compliance, not commitment. Professional coaching is in the best interests of your organization. Gaining an individual’s cooperation creates lasting success. Guarantee We guarantee the effectiveness of our services and hold ourselves accountable to the highest ethical standards of integrity, transparency, hard work and humility.
